Provincial Nominee Program is owned by several provinces in Canada , under this program people who have the skills, education and work experience needed to make an immediate economic contribution to the province or territory can be nominated by that province and after gaining provincial nominee certificate they apply to federal government for permanent residence ..To apply under the Provincial Nominee Program, applicants must be nominated by a Canadian province or territory.

This program is for workers who:

• Have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory
• Want to live in that province
• Want to become permanent residents of Canada
